Book Sale: Volunteers are needed to assist with the Friends’ Booth at the Miami Book Fair in November and to help with the Annual Book Sale held each December. Click here for further information.
Social Media: The Friends seek a volunteer to help boost and maintain its social media presence. Knowledge of WordPress, Photoshop, Dreamweaver (or comparable) and HTML is highly desirable.
Special Events: Volunteers are needed to help with the Friends’ special events such as the Miami Moments gala in February and the Art of Storytelling in April. Details will be provided in this space as the events approach.
Office Assistance: Volunteers are needed for various tasks including helping with mailings and other light office work as needed. Volunteers will be working during regular business hours at the Friends’ office which is currently located at the Main Library in Downtown Miami.
